A live virtual program, delivered across two webinars.
Course Overview
Creating effective collection notices, privacy policies and other artefacts ensures your organisation cultivates a reputation of transparency and trust with your customers whilst also ensuring legal compliance.
Are you aware of the differences between a privacy policy, collection notice and when to source written consent? How do you draft these artefacts and what should they contain?
This course gives you the opportunity to build upon your existing privacy knowledge to explore best practices on what privacy artefacts are required, in which situations, and how to prepare them.
Is this course right for you?
