This course gives you the opportunity to build upon your existing privacy knowledge to structure and prioritise a privacy management program relevant for your organisation. This course gives you the opportunity to build upon your existing privacy knowledge to manage privacy risk within your organisation. PREPARING EFFECTIVE COLLECTION NOTICES AND PRIVACY POLICIES

PRIVACY LAW FUNDAMENTALS
This course is suitable for all staff, across all roles and gives you a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of privacy and how to apply the privacy principles in the workplace. Through an interactive half day training session you will explore what privacy means and why it matters, an overview of the Australian Privacy Principles, applying the privacy principles in practice, and preventing and handling privacy complaints.
