Privacy training

We offer in-house tailored privacy training and executive briefings.  (We also offer an online privacy awareness training program - click here for more details.)

We have conducted in-house privacy training for a number of organisations, including

  • privacy awareness training for all staff at numerous government, NGO and corporate organisations
  • a “train the trainer” course for senior managers
  • a specialist seminar for judicial members of the NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal
  • a specialist seminar on privacy obligations for university academics conducting human research projects
  • a guest lecture on Australian privacy law for a visiting delegation of international government officials

Our training has attracted staff of both the NSW and Federal Privacy Commissioners’ Offices, the Crown Solicitor’s Office, and numerous in-house privacy officers from across the government, business and community sectors.

Our training is conducted by two of our experienced and qualified staff, Anna and Andrea.

“Excellent – Anna is a great presenter, very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, used good tools to make it interesting”

"The training was fantastic and Andrea did a great job. All who attended really became engaged in the session and I'm sure benefited greatly by the opportunity to learn and ask questions face-to-face."

“plain language, common sense approach … the course was excellent!”

“I have learnt that privacy is not that scary!  It’s great to have info to use practically”

“clear, concise, knowledgeable presenter, keen to speak to our needs”

“I want to thank you once again. There were many positive comments about the session and how valuable it will be for us.”

“Anna maintained my interest in what could be a very dry topic – I would rank her as the best trainer I have experienced in 30 years”
