In additional to our formal advisory services, we also provide “Privacy Helpdesk”.  Privacy Helpdesk is an advice retainer service that enables privacy officers to call or email us for fast advice on those tricky questions that pop up from time to time, without having to go through the hassle of a new agreement each time.

We also publish the subscription-only service The Inside Word, which is tailored just for privacy officers in the NSW public sector.  The Inside Word provides privacy officers with a bi-monthly roundup of the latest privacy cases, and special briefings containing practical advice to help agencies through common but complex issues.
